特殊人群感染幽门螺杆菌的治疗进展综述

摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌感染很常见,可导致胃炎、胃溃疡和胃癌,根除的获益大于负面影响。但是由于青霉素过敏患者,老人,儿童,怀孕与哺乳妇女采取治疗有相对的禁忌证,采取何种用药方案具有挑战性,并且必须慎重权衡用药方案的风险与收益。本文通过搜索相关文献,提出这类特殊人群的治疗建议,为临床用药提供参考。Helicobacter pylori is a very common disease,which can cause gastritis,gastric ulcer and cancer.The benefits of eradication outweigh the negative effects.However,because penicillin allergic patients,the elderly,children,pregnant and lactating women have relative contraindications to take treatment,which medication regimen is challenging,and the risks and benefits of medication regimen must be carefully weighed.In this paper,we search the relevant literature and put forward treatment recommendations for such special populations to provide a reference for clinical medication.
