摘　　要：目的了解南宁市艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者(即HIV/AIDS病例,以下简称“病例”)当年接受抗病毒治疗(ART)和ART及时性情况,为推动及早抗病毒治疗提供参考信息。方法利用国家艾滋病综合防治数据信息系统,收集2017-2019年南宁市新报告病例的基本情况和治疗信息,运用频数分布和多因素非条件Logistic回归等方法,对病例报告当年接受ART和及时ART情况进行分析。结果2017-2019年间,南宁市新报告病例4753例,报告当年接受ART的比例为79.78%(3792/4753),并呈现逐年上升的趋势(P<0.001),各年差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。及时ART的比例为83.52%(3167/3792),也呈现逐年上升的趋势(P<0.001),各年差异也有统计学意义(P<0.001)。多因素分析显示,女性、初中及以上文化、性传播包括同性传播和异性传播、病例来源为检测咨询、接受随访检测、病例为2018年和2019年报告是病例报告当年接受ART的有利因素,30~49岁和50岁及以上年龄组、疾病分期为AIDS期是病例报告当年接受ART的不利因素。病例来源为检测咨询、病例为2018年和2019年报告是病例及时ART的有利因素。结论近年来南宁市病例报告当年接受ART比例和及时ART比例均逐年提高,但仍有较大的提升空间。应进一步加强对男性、高年龄组、文化水平低、注射吸毒传播、疾病分期为AIDS期、来源于其他检测和医疗机构就诊者检测及未接受随访检测病例做好沟通和交流,确保病例转介到位治疗。Objective To understand the status of HIV/AIDS cases(hereinafter referred to as"cases")who receive the anti-retroviral therapy(ART)and timeliness of patients with HIV/AIDS in the same year in Nanning,so as to provide reference information for promoting early antiviral treatment.Methods Basic information and treatment information of newly reported cases in Nanning from 2017 to 2019 were collected by using the National AIDS Comprehensive Prevention and Control Data Information System.Frequency distribution and multivariate unconditional Logistic regression were used to analyze the status of reported cases receiving ART and timely ART in the same year.Results There were 4753 newly reported cases in Nanning from 2017 to 2019,and 79.78%(3792/4753)of patients reported receiving ART in the same year,showing an increasing trend year by year(P<0.001).The yearly difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Similarly,the proportion of timely ART was 83.52%(3167/3792),showing an increasing trend year by year(P<0.001).The yearly difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Multi-factor analysis showed that favorable factors of reported cases for receiving ART in the same year included women,junior high school and above,sexual transmission including same-sex and heterosexual transmission,case source by detection and consultation,receiving follow-up,case report between 2018 and 2019,whereas the unfavorable factors of reported cases for receiving ART in the same year included 30~49 years of age and 50 and above,disease stage for AIDS.The source of cases by detection and consultation,and the cases reported in 2018 and 2019 were favorable factors for timely ART in reported cases.Conclusion In recent years,both the proportion of receiving ART in the year of case report and the proportion of receiving timeliness ART in Nanning have been increasing year by year,but there is still a large room for improvement.It is necessary to further strengthen communication among male,senior age group,low education level,injecting drug us
