融合性网状乳头瘤病合并肥胖症1例

摘　　要：患者男,17岁,腋窝部色素沉着4年,加重3个月。皮肤科情况:颈部、前胸、后背、腹部、双上肢、腹股沟区、腘窝色素沉着,角质层增厚。皮损组织病理示:表皮轻度角化亢进,轻度乳头瘤样增生,角质层内可见成簇孢子,乳头间低谷的表皮轻度棘层增厚。诊断:融合性网状乳头瘤病。A 17-year-old boy presented with pigmentation on popliteal fossa for 4 years and the lesions were worsened for 3 months.Skin examination showed that pigmentation and thickened stratum corneum in the neck,chest,back,abdomen,upper limbs,groin area,and popliteal fossa.Histological examination revealed mild hyperkeratosis of the epidermis,mild papillomatous hyperplasia,clusters of spores in the stratum corneum and slightly thickened epidermis of the troughs between the papillae.Diagnosis of confluent and reticulated papillomatosis was made.
