摘 要:自转向酸对于非均质储层酸化效果较好,通过室内实验对芥酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱表面活性剂用作酸化自转向剂进行了性能评价。结果表明,甜菜碱自转向剂体系黏度随着pH升高先增大后稳定,Ca2+能够显著增加残酸黏度。当pH值为4时,5%甜菜碱JAB浓度的酸液黏度最大值可达414 mPa·s。体系具有较好的耐温性和抗剪切性,在90℃时170 s^-1下黏度仍可达220 mPa·s,且破胶性能好,破胶后黏度<5 mPa·s,易返排,对储层伤害小。双岩心并联流动实验表明,甜菜碱自转向酸化效果明显,对低渗透岩心的渗透率改善率可达78.2%,可满足非均质碳酸盐岩储层的酸化转向需要。Self-diverting acid has a good acidification effect on heterogeneous reservoirs.Using erucamide propyl betaine surfactant as an acidic self-diverting agent was evaluated through laboratory tests.Results show that the self-diverting acid system viscosity increases first and then stabilizes.The viscosity of the betaine self-diverting acid system formed by the surfactant increases first and then stabilizes with increasing pH.The maximum value of the acid viscosity can reach 414 mPa·s with 5%JAB betaine concentration at pH 4.The system has good temperature resistance and shear resistance.The viscosity can reach 220 mPa·s at 90℃at shear rate of 170 s-1.The system has good gel breaking property,and the viscosity of the breaker is less than 5 mPa·s with less damage to the reservoir.The dual-core parallel flow experiments show that the system achieve a significant acidizing diversion effect,and the permeability improvement rate of low-permeability core can reach 78.2%.The betaine self-diverting acid system can satisfy the requirement for acidizing diversion in heterogeneous carbonate reservoirs.
