摘  要:为探究真空度和微波辐射对松木屑制备活性炭的可行性,采用自制的真空微波辐射集成装置对松木屑进行处理,根据处理前后样品的质量比、碘吸附值、表面形貌显微扫描结果及表面官能团分布的红外光谱数据,分析微波辐射时间、辐射功率、真空度三个关键因素对松木屑活性炭产率和吸附性能的影响及其作用机理。结果表明,在真空度为-0.08 MPa,辐射功率为630 W,辐射时间为8 min时制备出的松木屑活性炭产率(49.25%)和吸附能力(碘吸附值958.33 mg/g)最佳。In order to investigate thoroughly the vacuum and microwave radiation,the feasibility of pine sawdust preparation activity using homemade vacuum microwave radiation integrated device to deal with the pine wood chips.On the basis of the quality of the samples before and after processing,the iodine adsorption value,surface morphology,microscopic scanning results and the distribution of the surface functional groups of infrared spectrum data,the analysis of microwave radiation time,radiation power,vacuum degree three key factors on the pine sawdust activated carbon production rate and the influence of adsorption performance and its mechanism.The results showed that:When the vacuum degree was-0.08 MPa,the radiation frequency was 630 W and the radiation time was 8 min,the pine sawdust activated carbon prepared had the best yield(49.25%)and adsorption capacity(iodine adsorption value was 958.33 mg/g).
