摘 要:根据湿法吸收NO机理,采用超重力旋转填充床(RPB)作为反应设备,分别用H2O2、Ca(OH)2作为吸收剂,探究NO脱除的最佳浓度;将两种最佳脱除浓度的吸收剂以体积比1∶1混合为双组分吸收剂,探究NO脱除的最佳实验条件。结果表明,0.80 mol/L H2O2溶液的脱除效率最佳,NO脱除效率在36.00%左右;0.03 mol/L Ca(OH)2溶液脱除效率最佳,脱除效率在78.00%左右;0.03 mol/L Ca(OH)2溶液与0.80 mol/L H2O2溶液以体积比1∶1混合的双组分吸收剂,其NO的脱除效率最高能达到99.00%。双组分吸收液在含氧量为4%,气液比为2∶1的实验条件下NO脱除率最佳,双组分吸收液的pH在11.00~12.00之间,反应开始70 min,NO的脱除率保持在90.00%以上,反应120 min脱硝效率在60.00%左右。According to the mechanism of absorption of NO by wet method,the high-gravity rotating packed bed(RPB)was used as the reaction equipment,and the optimal concentration of NO removal was investigated by using H 2O 2 and Ca(OH)2 as absorbents respectively.The absorption liquid was mixed as two-component absorption liquid at a volume ratio of 1∶1 to explore the optimum experimental conditions for NO removal.The results indicated that the optimum absorbent concentration of NO removal were 0.80 mol/L H 2O 2 solution and 0.03 mol/L Ca(OH)2 solution,the removal efficiency of NO was 36.00%and 78.00%,respectively.The removal efficiency of NO in the combination of 0.03 mol/L Ca(OH)2 absorbents and 0.80 mol/L H 2O 2 absorbents could reach around 99%.When an oxygen content and gas-liquid ratio of the two-component absorption liquid were 4%and 2∶1,respectively,the NO removal was better.Moreover,the pH of the absorption liquid was between 11.00 and 12.00,and the removal effect of NO was maintained at 90%or more after 70 min.And,after 120 min,the removal efficiency of NO was about 60.00%.
