摘 要:通过失重法、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了三氯乙酸(Cl3CCOOH)溶液中阴离子表面活性剂木质素磺酸钙(CLS)在冷轧钢表面上的吸附行为及其缓蚀性能,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和接触角测试探究了钢表面的微观形貌结构及亲水/疏水性。结果表明,CLS有效抑制了冷轧钢在0.10 mol/L Cl3CCOOH溶液中的腐蚀,25℃和30℃时2.0 g/L CLS的最大缓蚀率值高于90%,缓蚀性能随CLS添加量的增加而增大,但与温度的关系呈负相关。CLS在钢表面的吸附规律满足Langmuir吸附等温式,吸附方式是放热的物理吸附为主的混合吸附。添加CLS后有效抑制了钢在三氯乙酸中的阴极腐蚀反应,且电荷转移电阻显著上升。钢在添加CLS后,腐蚀程度和表面粗糙度急剧降低,表面疏水性增强。The inhibition action of anionic surfactant of calcium lignosulphonate(CLS)on cold rolled steel in trichloroacetic acid(Cl 3COOH)solution was studied by weight loss,potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)methods for the first time.The micro-topography and hydrophilic/hydrophobic property of steel surface was studied in depth by scanning electronic microscope(SEM),atomic force microscope(AFM)and contact angle measurements.The results show that CLS can effectively retard the corrosion of cold rolled steel in 0.1 mol/L Cl 3CCOOH solution,and the maximum inhibition efficiency are higher than 90%at 25℃and 30℃.Inhibition efficiency increases with the increase of inhibitor concentration,while decreases with temperature.The adsorption of CLS on steel surface obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm.The adsorption process is the exothermic with mixed adsorption that mainly retards physical adsorption.The presence of CLS efficiently retards cathodic reaction of steel in Cl 3CCOOH solution,and evidently increases the charge transfer resistance.In the presence of CLS,the corrosive micro-topography and surface roughness of steel significantly decreases,and the hydrophobic angle increases.
