摘  要:针对镀锌散热器设备化学清洗时镀锌层的保护问题,利用旋转挂片腐蚀实验、电化学分析和扫描电镜分析实验方法,对KLSS-A两性咪唑啉缓蚀剂、KLSS-B阳离子咪唑啉缓蚀剂、KLBS-B油基咪唑啉缓蚀剂、KLBS-A苯基咪唑啉缓蚀剂在盐酸、草酸及其不同配比的混酸中对金属锌进行了腐蚀研究。结果表明,两性咪唑啉缓蚀剂在盐酸和草酸摩尔比为1∶6的混酸溶液中对锌具有良好的缓蚀性能,腐蚀试片表面均匀光亮,扫描图像纹路清晰,同纯锌的比较,变化不大,旋转挂片腐蚀速率达到7.0893 g/(m2·h),且除垢速度快。The problem of protecting the galvanized layer has not been well solved during the chemical cleaning of galvanized radiator equipment.The KLSS-A amphoteric imidazoline inhibitor,KLSS-B cationic imidazoline inhibitor,KLBS-B oil-based imidazoline inhibitor and KLBS-A phenyl imidazoline inhibitor were tested the corrosion of zinc metal zinc in hydrochloric acid,oxalic acid and their mixtures by means of rotary hanging piece corrosion test,electrochemical analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results show that amphoteric imidazoline inhibitor has good corrosion inhibition performance for zinc in mixed acid solution of hydrochloric acid and oxalic acid molar ratio of 1∶6,the surface of the test piece was bright,compared with pure zinc,the scanning image has clear lines and little change,and the corrosion rate of the rotary hanger reached 7.0893 g/(m 2·h),and the scale removal speed is fast.
