摘  要:将Cu(NO3)2·3H2O与氨水和氢氧化钠的混合溶液进行水热反应,以表面活性剂(不同聚合度的聚乙二醇PEG-2000、PEG-6000、PEG-20000,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP)为形貌控制剂合成微米花状结构的CuO,进一步考察其对催化过氧化氢分解亚甲基蓝染料的性能研究。结果表明,以烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP)为模板剂制备的花状CuO活性最好,反应3 h的脱色率即达90%。其次是PEG-2000为模板合成的花状CuO催化剂。对于不同聚合度的PEG模板帮助的CuO催化剂,活性随着聚合度的升高而下降。XRD结果表明,所获样品均为具有单斜晶体结构的CuO。SEM和N2-吸附脱附结果表明,调变模板剂的种类会获得不同孔道结构和形貌的CuO结构。催化剂的比表面、孔径、孔容越大,越有利于氧化铜催化性能的改善。Flower-like CuO catalysts have been synthesized by surfactant-assisted hydrothermal method.Cu(NO 3)2 was used as copper raw material,ammonium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide were used as precipitate.The influence of surfactant agents,such as polyethylene glycol(PEG-2000,PEG-6000,PEG-20000),alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP),on the catalytic performance was investigated.The catalytic degradation of methylene blue solution in the presence of H 2O 2 was chosen as the model reaction.The results show that the OP-assisted hydrothermal method derived CuO exhibits the best activity.The degree of methylene blue degradation reached 90%after 3 h.The second is the activity of the PEG-2000 assisted CuO.Futher study shows that the activity decreasing with the increasing of the polymerization degree of PEG from 2000 to 20000.XRD results show that CuO is the only phase of all the samples.SEM and N 2 adsorption and desorption results indicate that the surfactant plays a key role in controlling the shape and the pore structure of CuO catalyst.The activity decreases with the reducing of the pore size and volume.
