摘 要:简要介绍了高压静电水处理器的基本构造及作用原理。将高压静电水处理器或离子棒应用于工业循环冷却水系统,不仅具有抑垢、溶垢的作用,同时可以杀菌灭藻。高压静电与环保型药剂之间具有协同增效作用,二者联合使用为开发联合水处理新工艺提供了思路。高压静电水处理器是一次性投资,使用寿命长,可节省大量水处理药剂,减少加药的劳动强度,节省人工开支。同时,该技术在使用过程中清洁无污染,其推广应用对于节能降耗和保护环境具有重要意义。This paper briefly introduced the basic structure and principle of electrostatic water treatment device.The application of high voltage electrostatic water treatment device or ion-stick electrostatic water treatment device in industrial circulating cooling water system not only had the function of inhibiting scale and dissolving scale,but also could kill algae.There was synergistic effect between high voltage electrostatic and environmental inhibitors,that provided an idea for the development of a new combined water treatment process.The device was a one-time investment and had long service life.It saved a lot of water treatment agents,made the labor intensity of dosing reduced and saved much labor costs.At the same time,it was clean and pollution-free in the use of the technology,and the application of the technology was of great significance for energy-saving and cost-reducing and environmental protection.
