糖皮质激素联合他克莫司治疗狼疮性肾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖皮质激素联合他克莫司治疗狼疮性肾炎的价值。方法:选择2018年3月-2019年9月我院收治的60例狼疮性肾炎患者,随机分为研究组30例和对照组30例。对照组予糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺,研究组予糖皮质激素联合他克莫司。分析两组治疗前及治疗6个月的临床指标及治疗疗效。结果:两组治疗前的24h尿蛋白、血清肌酐和血清白蛋白临床指标结果比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗6个月,研究组临床指标优于对照组,结果比较差异显著(P<0.05);研究组和对照组治疗疗效分别为90%(27/30)、73.33%(22/30),结果比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合他克莫司治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效肯定,能够改善患者临床指标。Objective To explore the value of glucocorticoid combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of lupus nephritis.Methods 60 patients with lupus nephritis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into:30 study group and 30 control group.The control group received glucocorticoid combined with cyclophosphamide,and the study group received glucocorticoid combined with tacrolimus.The clinical index and therapeutic effect of 6 months before treatment were analyzed.Results There was no difference in the results of clinical indicators before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical index of treatment in the study group was better than that in the control group at 6 months,and the Results were different(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of study group and control group was 90%(27/30)and 73.33(22/30)respectively,and the results were different(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of lupus nephritis is effective and can improve the clinical indicators of patients.
