摘　　要：大部分工控设备通过嵌入式打印机输出数据,不具备物联网功能,已不满足工业智能化建设要求。根据嵌入式打印机的数据通信规范,基于STM32微处理器设计了一种工控设备的物联网改造装置。该装置采用STM32微处理器采集工控设备输出数据,并进行数据虚拟打印编译,解析出所需数据信息,同时在OLED显示屏上显示。在对某电气试验仪器进行物联网改造过程中,该装置能够与试验仪器紧密配合,完整采集解析传输试验数据,装置工作稳定,可为尚未联网的工控设备提供一种低成本的物联网改造方法。Most industrial control equipment outputs data through embedded printer,which does not have the function of Internet of Things(IOT),and can not meet the requirements of industrial intelligent construction.According to the data communication specification of embedded printer,a kind of IOT transformation device of industrial control equipment was designed in this paper based on STM32 microprocessor.The STM32 microprocessor was used to collect the output data of industrial control equipment,the virtual printing and compilation of data was carried out,the required data information was analyzed,and it was displayed on the OLED display screen.In the process of the transformation of an electrical test instrument to the IOT,the device can closely cooperate with the test instrument,complete collection,analysis and transmission of test data,and it also works stably,which can provide a low-cost transformation method for industrial control equipment that has not yet been connected to the IOT.
