摘  要:通过设计合理的倒塌方案和爆破参数,对城市复杂环境下大面积厂房进行了爆破拆除。该厂房总建筑面积为77 862 m2,是青岛市近年来爆破拆除的单体面积最大的厂房。采用"原地倒塌+定向倒塌"方案,其中针对大面积厂房采用逐跨倒塌的方式。经过计算和工程类比,设计合理的爆破切口、单孔装药量等参数,同时通过控制单段起爆药量来减小爆破振动。采用多重闭合毫秒导爆管雷管起爆网路,保证起爆网路的可靠性。采取多项安全防护措施,最终取得了良好的爆破效果,爆破拆除危害效应未对周围建筑和管线造成不良影响,可为类似爆破拆除工程提供参考。By designing a reasonable collapse scheme and blasting parameters,a large-area workshop in complex urban environment is demolished by blasting. The total building area of the workshop is 77 862 m^2,which is the largest single building area demolished by blasting in Qingdao in recent years. The scheme of "in site + directional collapse"is adopted,and for large-area workshop,the span by span collapse scheme is adopted. Through the calculation and engineering analogy,the blasting parameters like blasting cut and single hole charge quantity are designed. At the same time,the charge quantity of single section is controlled to reduce the blasting vibration. The multiple closed millisecond shock detonator initiation network is used to ensure the reliability of the detonating network. Multiple safety protection measures are adopted.And there are no harmful effect on surrounding buildings and pipelines caused by blasting demolition. Finally,this project has achieved good results,and it can provide reference for similar blasting demolition projects.
