摘　　要：为改善改性铵油炸药爆炸性能,从生产工艺出发,分析了油相加注方式和炸药各组分混合均匀度对炸药性能的影响。根据气流干燥、球磨混药生产工艺的特点,针对生产工艺设备中存在的问题,提出了多点、分层注入的油相加注方式,并设计了一种多点、分层加注油相的改性铵油炸药油相加注装置,可有效提高炸药的爆炸性能。To improve the explosion performance of modified ANFO explosive,focused on the processing technology,the effects of oil phase filling method and explosive components mixing uniformity on explosive performance are analyzed.According to the characteristics of air drying and mill mixing processing technology,multi-point and layer by layer filling method is proposed to solve the problems of production equipment.Furthermore,a multi-point and layer by layer filling device is designed.It can effectively improve the explosion properties of explosives.
