摘  要:采用摇瓶浸出方式,研究两株硅酸盐矿物分解菌(胶质芽孢杆菌,即Bacillus mucilaginosus,简称BMS;环状芽孢杆菌,即Bacillus circulans,简称BCS)对富钾火成岩的单一与组合菌浸矿效果。结果表明,BMS对富钾火成岩的分解能力比BCS强;组合菌对富钾火成岩中K、Si、Al的浸出效率明显高于各单一菌;浸出15 d,在BMS、BCS与“BMS+BCS”3种浸出体系的上清液中,K2O的量分别为0.81 g/L、0.66 g/L、1.41 g/L,SiO2的量分别为5.91 g/L、5.12 g/L、6.25 g/L,Al2O3的量分别为2.25 g/L、1.64 g/L、2.91 g/L。硅酸盐细菌的浸矿效率与共产酸与产胞外多糖等代谢产物的能力显著相关;BMS与BCS两株菌在浸出富钾火成岩的过程中具有一定的协同效应。Bacillus mucilaginosus(BMS)and Bacillus Circulans(BCS)were used to study the bioleaching effects of single and combined bacteria(BMS+BCS)on potassium-rich igneous rocks.The results show that the mineral decomposition ability of BMS is higher than that of BCS.The leaching efficiency of K,Si and Al in potassium-rich igneous rocks by combined culture(BMN+BCS)is obviously higher than that by each single bacterium.After 15 days of leaching,the quantities of K2O in the supernatant of BMS,BCS and BMS+BCS are 0.81 g/L,0.66 g/L,1.41 g/L,SiO2 are 5.91 g/L,5.12 g/L,6.25 g/L,respectively,Al2O3 are 2.25 g/L,1.64 g/L,2.91 g/L respectively.It is concluded that the ability of silicate bacteria to dissolve minerals is closely related to their ability to produce metabolites,especially acid and exopolysaccharide.BMS and BCS have a synergistic effect on the dissolution of potassium-rich igneous rocks.
