摘 要:研究超细煤系石墨、超细鳞片石墨对丁苯橡胶应用性能的影响,并与未填充、炭黑N660填充橡胶比较。结果表明,石墨填充丁苯橡胶的力学性能优于纯胶,气密性优于炭黑补强橡胶,但同时其滚动阻力较大。煤系石墨的比表面积大、表面粗糙,与橡胶存在更多交联点,使得煤系石墨橡胶复合材料的硫化、拉伸性能优于鳞片石墨。鳞片石墨片层尺寸和径厚比较大、在胶料中更易取向,使得鳞片石墨橡胶复合材料的撕裂性能和气密性优于煤系石墨填充橡胶。The effects of ultra-fine coal derived graphite and ultra-fine flake graphite on the application properties of styrene butadiene rubber was studied,which were also compared with neat SBR and SBR filled with carbon black N660.The results show that the mechanical property and permeability of graphite/SBR exceed carbon black reinforced rubber.But at the same time,the rolling resistance of the former is higher.Coal derived graphite with larger specific surface area and rougher surface has more cross-linking points with rubber,which makes the vulcanization and tensile properties of composite better than that of flake graphite.Flake graphite with larger lamellar and aspect ratio,which is easier to orient in the rubber compound,provides better tearing strength and barrier performance to the rubber than coal derived graphite.
