摘  要:以铁尾矿砂、硅酸盐水泥为原料,羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为黏度改性剂制备水泥砂浆,优化大掺量铁尾矿砂对新拌砂浆黏聚性的不良影响,进一步研究HPMC对硬化砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,HPMC会降低铁尾矿砂砂浆的流动性,HPMC与减水剂复合使用可改善新拌砂浆在相近流动度下的泌水率;适宜掺量的HPMC会延缓水泥的水化进程,但可以改善硬化砂浆的匀质性,使抗压强度略微增高;HPMC可以改善硬化砂浆的孔隙结构,降低孔隙率,降低砂浆干燥收缩,对长期耐久性有利。In this paper,cement mortar was prepared with iron tailings sand and Portland cement,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)was selected as the viscosity modifier to eliminate the negative effect of high-volume tailings sand on the consistency and anti-bleeding property of fresh mortar.The effects of HPMC on properties of hardened mortar were further explored.The results indicate that:HPMC reduces the fluidity of fresh mortar and improves the anti-bleeding property with the combined use of superplasticizer;Appropriate content of HPMC retards the cement hydration,however,improves the homogeneity of hardened mortar,thereby increase the compressive strength;HPMC refines the pore structure and reduces the porosity,thus reduce the drying shrinkage and exerting positive effects on long-term durability.
