摘 要:采用溶液浸泡法制备地开石-甲酰胺插层复合材料。通过插层试验寻求最佳制备工艺,为研究区域的地开石开发和利用提供借鉴。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)和热重-差热(TG-DTA)分析进行表征,结果表明,甲酰胺的添加量、溶液pH值、插层反应温度和插层反应时间均会影响插层效果。在弱碱性环境中,甲酰胺添加量越大,反应时间越长,越有利于形成插层复合材料。从经济效益考虑,在25℃,pH值为9条件下,5 mL甲酰胺对3 g地开石(即1.67 mL/g)进行插层反应24 h,可制得插层率高的地开石-甲酰胺插层复合材料。Dickite-formamide intercalated composite has been prepared through the immersion method.To obtain the optimum technological conditions through the intercalation test for further modification and utilization of dickite.The corresponding composite has been studied by XRD,FTIR,TG-DTA.The results show that the intercalated rate of dickite by formamide was related to the different content of formamide solution,pH value,reaction temperature and time.On the weak alkaline condition of pH value,the higher content of the formamide solution,and the longer reaction time was beneficial to intercalate.From the view of energy and environmental protection,when the content of the formamide solution is 5 mL/3 g dickite(1.67 mL/g),the pH value is 9,the temperature is 25℃,the reaction time of 24 h were enough to gain satisfactory intercalation.
