摘  要:利用3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂为改性剂,对甘肃张掖某煤系高岭土进行湿法改性制备吸附材料,以模拟废水中Cr(VI)去除率为衡量指标,采用单因素和正交试验研究改性剂投加量、改性温度、改性时间等因素对改性后煤系高岭土吸附性能的影响。结果表明,在3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂的投加量为3倍煤系高岭土阳离子交换量(CEC)、改性温度为60℃、改性时间为10 h的条件下制得改性煤系高岭土,模拟废水中Cr(VI)质量浓度为10 mg/L,改性煤系高岭土用量为0.025 g/mL,改性后煤系高岭土对Cr(VI)的去除率从30.21%提升至72.84%,提高42.63百分点,经过改性的煤系高岭土吸附能力明显提升。In this paper,3-mercaptopropyl triethoxy silane coupling agent was used to modify a coal series kaolin from Zhangye,Gansu to prepare adsorption materials.The adsorption of Cr(VI)in simulated waste water was used as a measurement index.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to study the influence of modifier dosage,modification temperature,modification time and other factors on the adsorption performance of modified coal kaolin.The test results show that the modified coal series kaolin was prepared under the conditions of 3-mercaptopropyl triethoxy silane coupling agent dosage of 3 times CEC,modification temperature of 60℃,modification time of 10 h,the amount of modified kaolin in the simulated waste water is 0.025 g/mL,after modification,the removal rate of Cr(VI)in simulated waste water by coal series kaolin increased from 30.21%to 72.84%,the adsorption capacity of the modified coal series kaolin was significantly improved.
