摘 要:为研究不同碳原子数和分子结构捕收剂对石墨浮选效果的影响,选取8种正构烷、6种芳香烃分别作为捕收剂,进行石墨浮选试验。结果表明,随着捕收剂碳原子数的增大,正构烷、芳香烃的精矿产率均先增大后减小,正构烷碳原子数为13时,精矿产率最大,芳香烃碳原子数为12时,精矿产率最大。在加药量较小时,碳原子数对精矿产率影响较大,在加药量较大时,碳原子数对精矿产率影响较小。在碳原子数相同时比较两类药剂的浮选效果,当药剂含6~10个碳原子数时,芳香烃的捕收效果优于正构烷;当药剂含11、12个碳原子数时,芳香烃与正构烷捕收效果相当;当药剂含14个碳原子数时,正构烷捕收效果优于芳香烃。In order to study the effect of collectors with different carbon atom numbers and molecular structures on graphite flotation,eight kinds of n-alkanes and six kinds of aromatic hydrocarbons were served as collectors respectively and graphite flotation experiments were carried out.The results showed that with the increase of carbon atom number,the concentrate yield of n-alkane and aromatic hydrocarbon increased at first and then decreased.When the carbon atom number of n-alkane was 13,and that of aromatic hydrocarbon was 12,the yield of concentrate was the highest.When the dosage is low,the carbon atom number has a great influence on the concentrate yield,while when the dosage is high,the carbon atom number has little effect on the concentrate yield.The flotation effects of the two reagents were compared at the same carbon atom number.When the reagent contains 6-10 carbon atoms,the collecting effect of aromatic hydrocarbon is better than that of normal alkane.When the reagent contains 11 or 12 carbon atoms,the collection effect of aromatic hydrocarbon and n-alkane is equivalent.When the reagent contains 14 carbon atoms,the collection effect of n-alkane is better than that of aromatic hydrocarbon.
