摘  要:针对我国低品位菱镁矿浮选脱硅脱钙难度大,难选菱镁矿浮选指标较差的现状,利用矿物自动分析系统(AMICS)和X射线荧光(XRF)分析仪,对辽宁某镁选厂低品位菱镁矿进行分析,探索碳酸镁及杂质矿物的组成和嵌布特征。结果表明,石榴石、角闪石、白云石等杂质矿物嵌布粒度细,碳酸镁和脉石矿物包裹夹杂严重是影响脱硅降钙的主要原因。针对此类难选菱镁矿研制反浮选组合胺捕收剂和正浮选脂肪酸烃类化合物组合捕收剂,对提高精矿收率、降低硅钙杂质效果明显,精矿SiO2质量分数降到0.14%,CaO质量分数为0.62%,MgO品位为47.42%,产率为65.99%。Aiming at the problem that it is hard to reduce the content of SiO2 and CaO in low-grade magnesite which led to the difference in the flotation index,low-grade magnesite from a separation plant of Liaoning Province is selected using mineral automatic analysis system(AMICS)and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)to explore the mineral composition,the distribution characteristics of magnesium carbonate and some other impurities.The results show that the primary reason for difficult to be separated is the fine dissemination particle size of pyrope,anthophylite and dolomite,and much intergrowth of magnesium carbonate and the impurities in magnesite.The reverse flotation combined amine collector and positive flotation fatty acid hydrocarbon compound combined collector developed for this type of refractory magnesite have obvious effects on improving the yield of concentrate and reducing silicon and calcium impurities,and the SiO2 content of concentrate is reduced to 0.14%,the content of CaO is 0.62%,the content of MgO is 47.42%,and the yield is 65.99%.
