摘  要:以赤泥为铁源,七水硫酸锌为锌源,采用固相法制备赤泥基ZnFe2O4催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等测试手段研究赤泥基ZnFe2O4微观结构和光谱学性能。以四环素模拟废水在光高级氧化技术(Fenton)反应中的去除率为催化剂活性的评价指标,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、硫酸锌与赤泥中铁摩尔比等制备条件对赤泥基ZnFe2O4催化性能的影响。结果表明,焙烧温度为1000℃,焙烧时间为6 h,硫酸锌与赤泥中的铁摩尔比为1∶1时,赤泥基ZnFe2O4表现出较好的可见光响应能力。Red mud-based ZnFe2O4 catalyst was prepared by solid phase method with red mud as iron source and zinc sulfate heptahydrate as zinc source.The micro-structure and spectrometric properties of red mud-based ZnFe2O4 were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-VIS DRS.The removal rate of tetracycline wastewater in the photo-Fenton reaction was used as the evaluation index of catalyst activity.The influences of calcination temperature,calcination time and nZn∶nFe on red mud ZnFe2O4 were investigated.The results show that when the calcination temperature was 1000℃,the calcination time was 6 h,nZn∶nFe was 1∶1,red mud-based ZnFe2O4 showed better visible light response ability.
