摘 要:采用蒸压法对焙烧硅藻土进行改性,对亚甲基蓝的吸附结果表明,改性后焙烧硅藻土吸附量和比表面积是未改性5.86倍和40.37倍;X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜-能谱分析(SEM-EDS)、Zeta电位测试等表明改性使焙烧硅藻表面形成沸石、硅酸盐等高比表面积物相。最终制得具备高渗透性、高白度、高纯度和高吸附性的硅藻材料,研究成果对促进国内硅藻土资源的高值利用、降低国外优质硅藻土材料的进口依赖具有重大意义。In this paper,the calcined diatomite was modified by the autoclave method,the adsorption capacity of methylene blue and the specific surface area were 5.86 times and 40.37 times of unmodified diatomite.XRD,SEM-EDS and Zeta potential tests showed that the modified diatomite surface formed high specific surface area phases such as zeolite and silicates.Finally,diatomite materials with high permeability,high whiteness,high purity and high adsorption were obtained.The research results are of great significance to promote the high-value utilization of domestic diatomite resources and reduce the import dependence on foreign high-quality diatomite materials.
