摘  要:为探究不同荷载形式下的新型CFRC(碳纤维混凝土)的压敏规律,使其更好地应用于实际矿井监测,通过室内试验与现场实测方法,开展了压敏特性相关试验。结果表明:不同荷载形式对应CFRC的不同电阻变化规律。但不论哪种荷载形式,在CFRC产生较大的变形前,电阻与荷载都有着较好的线性对应关系;当荷载继续增大,导致变形量偏大时,阻值会相应地产生较大变幅。整体而言,CFRC具备较好的压敏特性,阻值的变化可表征结构受力变化。实际矿井监测数据也进一步表明,CFRC应用于井壁安全监测是可行的。To explore the pressure sensitivity law of the new CFRC(carbon fiber concrete)under different load forms,and make it better applied to mine monitoring project,the pressure sensitivity cha-racteristics have been tested by the laboratory and field measurement methods.The results show that,different load forms correspond to different resistance changes of CFRC.There is a good linear relationship between the resistance and the load before the CFRC produces greater deformation in any different type of load.When the load continues to increase,resulting in a large amount of deformation,the resistance value changes accordingly.In summary,CFRC has good pressure-sensitive characteristics,and the change in structural force can be displayed by the change in resistance value.The actual mine monitoring data also further shows that the application of CFRC to shaft safety monitoring is feasible.
