摘　　要：狱徽是监狱的形象标志,是监狱的"文化名片",具有审美和文化功能。狱徽之美在意象、意境、典型。狱徽的文化功能包括文化标识功能、文化改造功能、文化引导功能等三个方面.Prison emblem is the image symbol of prison,and also is the"cultural card"of prison with aesthetic and cultural functions.The beauty of the prison emblem lies in the image,the mood,and the foretype.The cultural function of prison emblem includes three aspects:cultural identification function,cultural transformation function and cultural guidance function.
