摘 要:雌激素受体结合片段相关抗原9(EBAG9)和SiSo细胞上表达的受体结合型肿瘤相关抗原(RCAS1)是同一种蛋白质,可表达在多种恶性肿瘤细胞中,与肿瘤的恶性程度、侵袭性特征以及不良预后相关。肿瘤的免疫逃避是肿瘤发生、发展的重要机制之一,而EBAG9/RCAS1可诱导免疫细胞(如T细胞)凋亡或抑制免疫细胞的细胞毒性,使肿瘤逃避免疫系统的监控和清除,导致肿瘤不断生长、发展。因此,明确EBAG9/RCAS1参与免疫逃避的具体机制,可为癌症的靶向治疗提供新思路。The estrogen receptor-binding fragment-associated antigen 9(EBAG9)and receptor-binding cancer antigen expressed on SiSo cells(RCAS1)are the same protein,which can be expressed in a variety of malignant tumor cells,and is related to the malignant degree,aggressive characteristics and poor prognosis of the tumor.Immune escape of tumors is one of the important mechanisms of tumor occurrence and development,and EBAG9/RCAS1 can induce the apoptosis of immune cells(such as T cells)or inhibit the cytotoxicity of immune cells,so that tumors escape from the monitoring and clearance of the immune system,resulting in continuos tumor growth and development.Therefore,clarifying the specific mechanism of EBAG9/RCAS1 involved in immune evasion will provide new ideas for the targeted therapies for cancer.
