摘 要:新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是一种主要引起神经和白质损伤的破坏性疾病,在全球范围内发病率较高,是婴幼儿死亡的主要原因之一。新生儿HIE的治疗目的是减轻患儿脑损伤程度,提高患儿生活质量。目前,低温治疗在临床应用中得到了一定认可。随着对HIE病理生理机制的研究及对内源性神经保护和再生机制的认识,具有神经保护作用的药物越来越受到关注。联合药物治疗新生儿HIE有望减轻缺氧缺血性脑损伤的程度,改善患儿临床症状。为减少缺氧缺血性脑损伤导致的神经发育障碍,未来应探索更多的神经保护疗法。Neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)is a devastating disease that primarily causes neuronal and white matter injury,which still has a high incidence worldwide and is one of the leading causes of death in infants.The aim of treatment of neonatal HIE is to reduce the degree of brain injury and improve the quality of life of the patients.At present,therapeutic hypothermia has been recognized in clinical application.With the research on the pathophysiological mechanism of HIE and the understanding of the endogenous neuroprotection and regeneration mechanism,neuroprotective drugs are attracting more and more attention.Combined drugs for the treatment of neonatal HIE is expected to reduce the degree of hypoxic-ischemic brain injury and improve the clinical symptoms.In order to reduce the neurodevelopmental disorder caused by hypoxic ischemic brain injury,more neuroprotective therapies should be explored in the future.
