摘　　要：在新时期加强公立医院党的建设的要求下,公立医院着力提升党建工作质量。党建档案作为党建工作的客观记录,也应努力提升规范化、制度化、科学化水平。论文从党建档案重要性入手,剖析了公立医院党建档案的现状及存在问题,提出了提高认识、注重质量、培养人才、与时俱进等改进方向,以期对公立医院党建档案发展提供借鉴。Under the requirements of strengthening the Party building in public hospitals in the new era,public hospitals focus on improving the quality of Party building.As an objective record of Party building work,Party building archives should also strive to improve the level of standardization,systematization and scientization.Starting from the importance of Party building archives,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Party building archives in public hospitals,and puts forward some improvement directions,such as improving understanding,paying attention to quality,cultivating talents and keeping pace with the times,so as to provide reference for the development of Party building archives in public hospitals.
