摘　　要：全球新冠疫情爆发,本土化、集团化制造业的重要性在世界各国产业链中显得尤为突出。电力金具是输电电网建设的重要组成部分,在架空输电线路及配电线路中发挥着十分重要的作用。随着我国电力建设的逐步放缓,电力金具市场日趋饱和,电力金具制造企业将面临新的挑战。论文首先阐述了制定战略规划的重要性,然后深入分析电力金具制造企业面临的困难和挑战,最后提出企业战略发展建议,以期为同行业的战略发展研究提供参考借鉴。With the global outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,the importance of localization and collectivization of manufacturing industry is particularly prominent in the industrial chain of various countries in the world.Electric power fittings are the important part of transmission grid construction,which play a very important role in overhead transmission lines and distribution lines.With the gradual slowdown of China's electric power construction,the electric power fittings market is becoming increasingly saturated,the electric power fittings manufacturing enterprises will face new challenges.This paper firstly expounds the importance of making strategic planning,and then deeply analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced by electric power fittings manufacturing enterprises,and finally puts forward suggestions for the strategic development of enterprises,so as to provide a reference for the strategic development research of the same industry.
