摘　　要：如今社会对电能需求量越来越大,这导致电力建设项目不断上马,而其中财务评价非常重要,特别是后评价除了总结在建项目投资效率之外,也为后续工程建设总结出更好的工程管理办法。基于此,论文对电力建设项目财务后评价具有的作用、现实操作当中存在的问题予以分析,找到具体的影响因素后,结合成本管理理论来形成具体的规避措施,以求提升我国电力建设项目投资管理效果效率。Nowadays,the demand for electric energy is increasing,which leads to the continuous development of electric power construction projects,and the financial evaluation is very important,especially the post-evaluation not only summarizes the investment efficiency of the projects under construction,it also summarizes better project management methods for subsequent construction.Based on this,the paper analyzes the role of the financial post-evaluation of power construction projects and the problems existing in the actual operation,finds out the specific influencing factors,and combines the cost management theory to form specific avoidance measures,so as to improve the efficiency of investment management of power construction projects in China.
