统计信息档案在医院等级评审中的作用研究

摘　　要：医院统计信息档案是指提高医疗质量和安全水平,提升医院管理效率,辅助临床实践、科研、教学等各项工作开展的综合统计信息档案。其中包括医疗工作记录和登记、各类统计报表、专题调查等档案资料。统计信息档案是医院档案管理中的重要组成部分,尤其是从医院等级评价角度看,统计信息档案发挥了至关重要的作用,其也是医院进行等级评审的主要依据。为此,论文就统计信息档案在医院等级评审中的作用展开具体分析。Hospital statistical information archives refer to the comprehensive statistical information archivess that improve the medical quality and safety level,improve the efficiency of hospital management,and assist in the development of clinical practice,scientific research,teaching and other works.It includes medical work records and registration,various statistical reports,special investigation and other archives.Statistical information archives are an important part of hospital archives management,especially from the perspective of hospital grade evaluation,statistical information archives play a vital role,which is also the main basis for the hospital to conduct grade evaluation.Therefore,this paper specifically analyzes the role of statistical information archives in hospital grade evaluation.
