摘　　要：在信息时代,大数据成为政治科学的基础性资源,不仅上升为权力本体,而且成为推动社会监督从经验驱动型转向数据驱动型的核心要素,催生大数据驱动式社会监督机制,聚焦数据权力体系,实现社会监督的情景化、可视化与智能化等。大数据驱动的核心要素涵盖驱动源、驱动强度和驱动阈值三部分,重塑社会监督的逻辑起点,衍生出监督思维的数理逻辑、价值的建构逻辑和决策的人机互动逻辑,重构社会监督的数据链、问题链、情景链和价值链。为此,通过治理结构和权力流程的再造,重塑政府与市场的边界;基于数据模块的功能分类,重塑公域与私域边界;以区块链的智能合约效应,优化社会监督的价值诉求,从而提升社会监督的精准性和叙事性。In the information age,with big data becoming the basic resource of political science,not only has it risen to the power ontology,but also has become the core element to push social supervision from experience-driven to data-driven.Thus,the social supervision mechanism by data-driven comes into being that focuses on power relations,and realizes the contextualisation,visualization and intelligent-tixation of social supervision.Data-driven elements include three parts:driving source,driving intensity and driving threshold that reshapes the logical starting point of social supervision.On the one hand,these have forced the generation of mathematical logic,value-constructed logic and human-computer interaction logic of decision making.On the other hand,it is the data chain,problem chain,situation chain and value chain of social supervision that is reconstructed.Consequently,some measures should be taken to reconstruct the boundary between government and market,the boundary between public domain and private domain,and optimize the value appeal of social supervision by the intelligent contract effect to enhance the accuracy and responsiveness of social supervision.
