摘　　要：习近平总书记提出的“一带一路”倡议不仅为我国少数民族地区经济社会跨越式发展提供了新机遇,也为各民族之间加强深化合作提供了新动力。安徽省回族人口数在中部六省中位居第二,是全国重要的少数民族散杂居地区。文章以回族法文化为视角,通过基层实证调研探讨“一带一路”背景下安徽省民族法治建设,为中部地区乃至全国的民族法治建设研究起补充和拓展作用。The“One Belt,One Road”initiative proposed by general secretary Xi Jinping has provided new opportunities for the development of the economic and social development in the ethnic minority regions of China,and has provided new impetus for deepening cooperation among all ethnic groups.The Hui population in Anhui Province ranks the second among the six provinces in the central part of China,and is an important minority scattered and mixed area in China.From the perspective of one’s Hui culture,under the background of“One Belt,One Road”,is explored from the perspective of Hui’s legal culture.The law development of ethnics in Anhui province is complementary to that in the central and even the whole country.
