摘 要:针对电梯制动距离测量难以准确触发的问题,该文开发了一套声控无线测量系统,给出了系统总体结构设计,详细说明了硬件组成和软件设计。该系统以单片机为主控芯片,利用高精度高转速霍尔旋转编码器作为测量传感器,通过nRF24L01+无线模块实现测量端和手持接收主机之间的数据传输,设计了声控电路来触发制动距离的测量,采用串口触摸屏实现人机交互。通过无线传输可靠性测试和实际应用,表明系统性能可靠、测量准确、使用便捷,对电梯制动性能的现场检测具有重要意义。A wireless measurement system based on sound control was developed to solve the problem of elevator braking distance measurement which was difficult to trigger accurately.In this paper,the overall structure design of the system is given,and the hardware composition and software design are explained in detail.The system uses single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip.A high-precision high-speed hall rotary encoder is used as measuring sensor.The data transmission is realized by nRF24L01+wireless module.A sound control circuit is designed to trigger the measurement of braking distance.The serial touch screen is used to realize the human machine interface.The wireless transmission reliability test and practical application show that the system is reliable in performance,accurate in measurement and convenient in use,which is of great significance to the detection of elevator braking performance.
