摘  要:目的探讨语音播报提醒对先天性心脏病婴儿服药依从性的影响。方法选取2018年1-6月入院的120例先天性心脏病患儿为对照组,2018年7-12月入院的120例先天性心脏病患儿为观察组。对照组采用常规口服药发放方法,观察组将语音播报系统应用于口服药护理过程中。比较2组口服药漏服次数、口服药服用延迟时间。结果观察组口服药遗漏数量明显少于对照组(χ^2=28.906,P<0.001),口服药服用延迟时间明显短于对照组(t=2.113,P=0.048)。结论语音播报定时提示,能有效减少了护理工作中口服药差错和遗漏发生,缩短口服药服用延迟时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of voice broadcast reminder on the medication compliance of infants with congenital heart disease(CHD)in hospital.Methods A total of 120 CHD infants admitted in the first half of 2018 were selected into the control group,while 120 counterparts admitted in the second half of 2018 were chosen into the observation group.The control group was reminded to take medicine in routine methods,while the observation group was asked to take medicine using the voice reminder.The times of patients forget to take and delay taking medicine were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The time of patients missing taking medicine of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(χ^2=28.906,P<0.001),while the time gap of the observation group delaying taking medicine was shorter than the latter(t=2.113,P=0.048).Conclusion The voice broadcast reminder can significantly decrease the incidence of patients failing to take medicine or taking wrong medicine,shorten the time if they delay taking medicine.Therefore,it is worth of clinical promotion.
