糖尿病足病人就诊延迟与疾病感知的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解糖尿病足病人的疾病感知水平,探讨糖尿病足病人就诊延迟与疾病感知的相关性。[方法]采用便利抽样法,应用一般资料调查表和疾病感知问卷对99例糖尿病足病人进行问卷调查,分析其就诊延迟时间与疾病感知的相关性。[结果]糖尿病足病人就诊延迟组疾病感知总分为(48.11±7.09)分,低于未就诊延迟组的(54.63±4.35)分;糖尿病足病人就诊延迟与疾病感知总分呈负相关(P<0.05),就诊延迟分别与疾病预后和病程呈正相关,与个人控制、治疗控制、症状识别、疾病一致性、疾病担心和情绪呈负相关(P<0.05)。[结论]糖尿病足病人疾病感知水平越高,就诊延迟时间越短。医务人员在日常工作中应定期评估病人疾病感知状况,采用多样化健康教育手段改善其疾病感知水平,提高病人及时就诊率。Objective:To understand the illness perception level of patients with diabetic foot,and explore the correlation between pre-hospital delay and illness perception of patients with diabetic foot.Methods:Using the convenience sampling method,the general information questionnaire and Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ)were used to investigate 99 patients with diabetic foot.The correlation between pre-hospital delay and illness perception was analyzed.Results:The score of BIPQ in patients with diabetic foot was(48.11±7.09)in pre-hospital delay group,which was lower than that in non-prehospital delay group(54.63±4.35).The pre-hospital delay was negatively correlated with the illness perception(P<0.05).The pre-hospital delay was positively correlated with the prognosis and course of the disease,and was negatively correlated with personal control,treatment control,symptom recognition,disease consistency,disease worry and emotion,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:The higher the level of illness perception was,the shorter time for pre-hospital delay in patients with diabetic foot.The medical staff should regularly assess patients′illness perception status,adopt diversified health education methods to improve their illness perception level,and improve patients′timely consultation rate.
