百克瑞纱布敷料对预防颅脑术后切口感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价百克瑞生物酶杀菌纱布敷料对预防颅脑术后切口周围皮肤感染的效果。方法选择神经外科非外伤性脑出血开颅+侧脑室引流患者180例,随机分为治疗组和观察组,每组90例。治疗组术后用百克瑞生物酶杀菌纱布敷料覆盖脑室引流管周围及切口周围,再给予普通敷料贴覆盖,观察组给予普通敷料贴覆盖引流管周围及切口周围。结果治疗组术后切口及引流管周围感染率为6.7%,颅内感染率为0,观察组术后切口及引流管周围感染率为12.2%,颅内感染率为4.4%,2组切口及引流管周围感率和颅内感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组切口甲、乙级愈合率为98.9%,观察组为91.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百克瑞生物酶杀菌纱布敷料是一种疗效肯定、安全性好的外用杀菌功能性敷料,能有效预防颅脑术后切口的感染,降低颅内感染的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of Baikerui bio-enzyme sterilizing gauze dressing in preventing skin infection around the incision after craniocerebral operation.Methods A total of 180 patients with non-traumatic cerebral hemorrhage who underwent craniotomy+lateral ventricle drainage in our hospital were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divide into treatment group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The patients in treatment group were treated by Baikerui bio-enzyme sterilizing gauze dressing covering the skin around ventricle drainage tube and the incision after operation,however,the patients in observation group were treated by ordinary gauze dressing covering the skin around ventricle drainage tube and the incision after operation.Results The infection rate of skin around the incision and drainage tube after operation in treatment group was 6.7%,and the intracranial infection rate was 0,which in observation group was 12.2%and 4.4%,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Moreover the healing rate of level A and level B on the incision in treatment group was 98.9%,which was significantly higher than that(91.1%)in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baikerui bio-enzyme sterilizing gauze dressing is a kind of external sterilizing functional dressing with definite curative effects and good safety,which can effectively prevent the incision infection after craniocerebral surgery and can reduce the incidence of intracranial infection.
