摘 要:氯化法钛白粉生产工艺正逐步替代硫酸法成为钛白粉生产的主流工艺。氯化产物冷凝流程是氯化法钛白粉生产的重要流程,氯化尾气中四氯化钛含量是监测冷凝流程是否正常工作的主要指标。四氯化钛含量可用实验室化验方法测量,但实验室方法时效性较差。本文提出了一种基于浊度的测量氯化炉尾气中四氯化钛含量的方法,通过将四氯化钛水解转化成沉淀,测量悬浊液浊度间接计算出尾气中四氯化钛含量。本方法时效性较好,在国内某氯化法钛白粉工厂进行了应用,检测结果较为准确,可以作为氯化尾气四氯化钛含量在线监测的方法。Chlorination titanium dioxide process is gradually replacing sulfuric acid process as the main process of titanium dioxide production.Condensation is an important part of chlorination titanium dioxide process.Titanium Tetrachloride Content in chlorinated off Gas is an important property for monitoring the condensation process.chlorinated off Gas can be measured in laboratory,but it is time-consuming.This paper proposed a method base on turbidity measurement.This method calculates the titanium tetrachloride content by transferring it to sediment which costs less time.This method was applied in a titanium dioxide plant.The result is accurate enough so that the method can be used in the titanium dioxide plant.
