摘　　要：油田现场主要采用计量间实现单井产量自动倒井计量,针对目前自动倒井控制系统环节多,操作繁琐,且计量数据无法上传至调控中心的问题,本文提出了一种基于实时在线三相流量计的倒井一体化装置。实时在线三相流量计设备不但具有生产计量功能,还具有数据采集、系统控制等功能,通过实时在线三相流量计与计量间自控系统(自动倒井)进行结合,实现计量井的自动识别、数据自动化采集上传,真正实现计量间无人值守,提高生产效率。The oilfield site mainly adopts the metering plant to realize the automatic multi-well alternating metering,aiming at the problems of the current multi-well alternating metering control system,and measurement data cannot be uploaded to the control center,This article presents the multi-well selector integrated with real-time online three phase flow meter.The real-time online three-phase flow meter equipment not only has the function of production measurement,but also has the functions of data acquisition and system control.Through the combination of real-time online three-phase flowmeter and the automatic control system of the metering room,automatic identification of metering wells,automatic data collection and uploading are realized,and unattended operation of the metering room is truly realized,ultimately,it improves production efficiency.
