浅谈空盒气压表和气压计的计量检定

摘　　要：本文介绍了依照JJG272-2007《空盒气压表和空盒气压计检定规程》,对空盒气压表及气压计的计量检定过程,详细阐述了仪表的整体计量要求、温度系数检定、示值误差检定、补充修正值检定以及常压定域检定的操作和数据计算过程。检定的过程需要依次进行温度系数、示值误差和补充修正检定操作,温度系数需要分别对高低两个温区的气压值进行采集和计算,示值误差需要对经过温度系数修正后的送检表值与标准表值进行误差计算,补充修正值是对两个气压仪表放置大于24h后的示值误差进行数据计算。经测试比较,依照检定规程的操作和计算流程可以准确地实现空盒气压表的计量检定,达到了预期的检定效果。This paper introduces the verification process of empty box barometer and empty box barometer according to the verification regulation of JJG272-2007,and expounds the operation and data calculation process of the overall measurement requirements,temperature coefficient verification,indicating error verification,supplementary correction value verification and atmospheric pressure localization verification.Checks need to be done in the process of temperature coefficient,and supplement of error correction verification operation,the temperature coefficient of need respectively two temperature regions of high and low pressure values for data collection and calculation of need for temperature coefficient of error of the revised inspection table values and standard values in the table error calculation,supplement is revised on two pressure gauges placed more than 24 hours after the data of error of calculation.Through the test and comparison,according to the operation and calculation process of the verification regulation,the measurement verification of the empty box barometer can be realized accurately,and the expected verification effect is achieved.
