苏打水降尿酸作用的研究

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,痛风的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,高尿酸血症是痛风的主要症状之一,严重影响人们的生活质量。本文综合研究了市面上不同品牌苏打水体外对尿酸的平衡溶解度,体内对高尿酸血症小鼠降尿酸作用。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)体外检测了市面上12种品牌苏打水对尿酸、胎牛血清中的尿酸溶解作用,结果发现市面上随机抽取的12种品牌苏打水体外对尿酸均具有一定的平衡溶解度,第12号苏打水体外对尿酸、胎牛血清中尿酸溶解较好;体内连续喂养小鼠不同品牌苏打水14 d,于第14 d通过腹腔注射氧嗪酸钾(300 mg·kg-1)诱导高尿酸血症模型,采用HPLC和试剂盒检测各组小鼠血清尿酸值,结果显示,与模型组相比,苏打水12、苏打水3具有显著降低血尿酸值的作用。综合评价,第12号苏打水体外对尿酸平衡溶解度较好,体内能降低高尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸值。本研究证实了苏打水具有改善高尿酸血症的潜在价值。With the improvement of people’s living standards,the incidence of gout is increasing year by year.Hyperuricemia is one of the main symptoms of gout,which seriously affects people’s quality of life.This paper comprehensively studied the equilibrium solubility of uric acid in different brands of soda in the market,and reduced uric acid in mice with hyperuricemia.In vitro,the established High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was used to detect the solubility of 12 brands of soda water to uric acid and serum uric acid,which replaced by fetal bovine serum.The results showed that the 12 kinds of soda,which were randomly selected from the market,had a certain equilibrium solubility to uric acid in vitro,No.12 soda water on the uric acid and uric acid in fetal bovine serum dissolution results were better.Mice were continuously given different brands of soda water for 14 days,the hyperuricemia model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of potassium oxonate(300 mg·kg-1),and the serum uric acid value of each group was detected by HPLC and kit.In vivo results showed that compared with the model group,the blood uric acid value of the soda water 12 and soda water 3 was significantly lower.Comprehensive evaluation,No.12 soda water had good solubility in uric acid balance in vitro,and could reduce blood uric acid value in mice with hyperuricemia.This study demonstrates that soda water has the potential to improve hyperuricemia.
