摘 要:为研究超高性能重混凝土的动态性能,对钢砂等体积替代石英砂比例为0%,20%,40%,60%和100%,以及磁铁矿砂替代比例为80%的超高性能重混凝土进行分离式霍普金森(SHPB)压杆试验。试验研究超高性能混凝土的破坏形态、应力-应变关系曲线、动态抗压强度、应变率敏感性等受重骨料替代率变化的影响,及钢纤维对超高性能重混凝土的动态性能的影响。试验结果表明:各配合比应力-应变关系曲线呈同一趋势;随着钢砂掺量的提升,动态峰值应力先增大后减小,当替代率为80%时达到最高;钢砂的掺入,可以使UHPC在高应变率下保持较高的应变率敏感性;钢纤维的掺入使试件的破坏形态由碎渣状变为块状;在满足工作性能的前提下,钢纤维的掺量越高,抗冲击性能越好。The Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)test was conducted on the ultra-high performance heavy concrete with the proportions of 0%,20%,40%,60%and 100%of quartz sand replaced by steel sand and 80%of magnetite sand to study the dynamic performance of ultra-high performance heavy concrete.The experimental study on the failure model of ultra-high performance heavy concrete,stress-strain curve and the dynamic compressive strength,strain rate sensitivity and so on were changes in the aggregate replacement rate,and steel fiber on the properties of ultra-high performance heavy concrete dynamic impact.The test results show that the stress-strain relationship curves of all specimens show the same trend.With the increase of the content of steel sand,the dynamic peak stress increases first and then decreases,reaching the highest value when the substitution rate is 80%.The incorporation of steel sand can make UHPC maintain high strain rate sensitivity under high strain rate.The addition of steel fiber changed the failure form from powder to block.The higher the content of steel fiber,the better the dynamic impact resistance.
