摘 要:柔性复合管具有优异的抗腐蚀性和防渗漏性,广泛应用于油气田防腐。柔性复合管的内衬层材料直接与腐蚀环境接触,是解决油气田酸性腐蚀问题的关键。为了研究柔性复合管在不同酸性腐蚀环境下的性能,本文选取了三种常见的聚乙烯内衬材料,探讨了柔性复合管在酸性水、甜性水、超临界CO2三种腐蚀暴露环境下的性能。结果表明,在不同腐蚀暴露环境下,不同种类内衬层材料的性能存在显著差异。在实际工程应用中,应根据腐蚀环境特点,合理选择柔性复合管内衬材料。Flexible composite pipe has excellent corrosion resistance and leakage resistance,which is widely used in anti-corrosion of oil and gas fields.The inner lining of the flexible composite pipe is in direct contact with the corrosive environment,which is the key to solving the problem of acid corrosion in oil and gas fields.To study the performance of flexible composite pipes in different acid corrosion environments,this article selected three common polyethylene lining materials,and discussed the performance of flexible composite pipes in acidic water,sweet water,supercritical CO2 corrosion exposure environment.The results show that under different corrosion exposure environments,there are significant differences in the performance of different lining materials.In actual engineering applications,the flexible composite pipe lining material should be selected reasonably according to the characteristics of the corrosive environment.
