油田地面管线铺设过程中的技术问题分析

摘　　要：地面管线是油田生产工艺重要的组成部分之一,油田地面管线铺设距离长、地域跨度大,部分地面管线铺设工程还存在跨季节施工现象,导致地面管线铺设工程工作量大,施工风险较高。课题研究由此出发,深入分析探讨管线铺设过程中存在技术难点及问题,并提出完善对策,旨在为我国油田管道铺设施工技术的研究提供借鉴。the surface pipeline is one of the important parts of oilfield production process.The laying distance of oil field surface pipeline is long and the regional span is large.Some surface pipeline laying projects still have cross season construction phenomenon,which leads to heavy workload and high construction risk of surface pipeline laying engineering.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the technical difficulties and problems existing in the pipeline laying process,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures,aiming to provide reference for the research of pipeline laying construction technology in China's oil fields.
