摘  要:以五元丙烯酸酯共聚物为改性剂,涤纶织物为载体,通过浸轧整理制备了负载型涤纶相转移催化织物,分析了催化织物在Williamson醚合成反应中的催化性能与反应机理,考察了整理工艺、改性剂结构、改性剂负载量对催化活性的影响。结果表明,磷酸与甘油可提升改性剂分子的交联程度,从而提高催化织物的稳定性;改性剂中长链烷基酯为甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯、阳离子单体为甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基丁基溴化铵、阳离子单体摩尔分数为13.20%、负载量为20%时,织物催化活性最佳;催化织物可吸附油相于其表面,随后引发离子交换、成键反应;其应用于不同苯酚衍生物的Williamson醚合成反应,转化率均在92%以上,催化织物使用11次后仍具有较高的催化活性。Supported phase transfer catalytic polyester fabrics were prepared by dip-rolling with five component acrylate copolymers as modifiers and polyester fabric as carrier.The catalytic performance and reaction mechanism of catalytic fabrics for Williamson ether synthesis reaction were analyzed.The effects of finishing technology,structure and loading amount of modifier on the catalytic activity were investigated.The results showed that phosphoric acid and glycerin could improve the crosslinking degree of copolymer molecules,thus improving the catalytic stability of catalytic fabric.The modified fabric had excellent catalytic activity when length of hydrophobic chain ester was octadecyl methacrylate,cationic monomer was methylacrylamide propyldimethylbutylammonium bromide,molar fraction of cationic monomer was 13.20% and loading amount was 20%.The oil phase was adsorbed on the surface of the catalytic fabric,and the ion-exchange and bonding reactions were initiated.The catalytic fabric was used in Williamson ether synthesis reaction of different phenol derivatives,and all conversions could be over 92%.The catalytic fabric still exhibited high catalytic activity after 11 times of use.
