摘 要:选用氧化钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)、聚砜(PSF)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)配制铸膜液,采用相转化和烧结相结合的方法制备了YSZ中空纤维陶瓷膜,考察了铸膜液中YSZ粉末含量和烧结温度对中空纤维陶瓷膜的微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明,YSZ中空纤维陶瓷膜的不对称结构包含指状结构和海绵状结构,YSZ含量会影响两种结构的比例,烧结则会引起微观结构的致密度。在铸膜液配比为m(YSZ)∶m(PSF)∶m(NMP)=5.0∶1∶4,烧结温度为1200℃条件下制备出性能良好的中空纤维陶瓷膜,其纯水通量为2.33 m^3/(m^2·h·MPa),抗弯强度为134.5 MPa。Using yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ),polysulfone(PSF)and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NMP)as raw materials,YSZ hollow fiber membrane was prepared by a combined phase inversion/sintering method.The effects of YSZ content and sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of the YSZ hollow fiber membrane were investigated.The results showed an asymmetric structure of YSZ hollow fiber membrane contained finger-like structure and sponge-like structure.YSZ content affected the ratio of finger-like structure and sponge-like structure,and sintering caused densification of microstructure.Under the conditions of m(YSZ)∶m(PSF)∶m(NMP)=5.0∶1∶4,sintering temperature of 1200℃,the prepared YSZ hollow fiber membrane exhibited excellent performance,and the pure water flux was 2.33 m^3/(m^2·h·MPa)and the bending strength was 134.5 MPa.
