摘  要:以邻氨基酚磺酸(3A4HBSA)与聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)为原料,合成了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)接枝共聚物阻垢剂PASP/3A4HBSA。用FTIR与1HNMR对阻垢剂的结构进行了表征,用静态阻垢法考察了PASP/3A4HBSA和PASP对碳酸钙的阻垢性能。得到的最佳反应条件为:当阻垢剂质量浓度为100 mg/L、温度为70℃、时间24 h、pH=7时,PASP/3A4HBSA对CaCO3的阻垢率达到92.7%,而PASP对CaCO3的阻垢率只有77.1%。用SEM与XRD对处理前后的CaCO3垢样表面结构和物相结构进行了表征,用红外光谱进一步分析阻垢剂的阻垢机理。结果表明,阻垢剂对CaCO3的作用主要包括晶格畸变作用和络合作用。Polyaspartic acid/3-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid graft copolymer(denoted as PASP/3A4HBSA)scale inhibitor was synthesized from 3-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulfonic(3A4HBSA)and polysuccinimide(PSI)and characterized by FTIR and 1HNMR.The static scale inhibition effect of PASP/3A4HBSA and polyaspartic acid(PASP)on calcium carbonate was investigated.The results showed that when the mass concentration of scale inhibitor was 100 mg/L,temperature was 70℃,time was 24 h,and pH was 7,the scale inhibition efficiency of PASP/3A4HBSA on CaCO3 reached 92.7%,while that of PASP was only 77.1%.The surface structure and phase structure of CaCO3 scale samples before and after treatment were characterized by SEM and XRD.The scale inhibition mechanism of the scale inhibitor against CaCO3 was further analyzed by FTIR.It was found that the effect of scale inhibitor on CaCO3 was mainly caused by lattice distortion of CaCO3 and complexation between scale inhibitor and Ca^2+.
