摘　　要：健康体检重要异常结果的管理是健康体检服务质量控制的重要一环,是做好健康管理的基础。健康体检服务业标准化管理是近年来的发展趋势,是一种新型的管理模式。广西健康体检中心在自治区级标准化试点建设的平台上建立了一整套标准体系,其中对健康体检发现的危急或异常情况并进行了科学规范地提炼和总结,对重要异常结果的概念进行了重新界定,对处理流程进行了全面梳理,制定了《危急值、重要异常结果处理规范》企业标准并贯彻实施,受检者满意度提高。重要异常结果的标准化管理可以增强医护人员的责任心,提高工作效率,确保受检者在检出重大疾病时得到及时有效的处理和诊治,提升健康体检的服务质量和服务能力。Management of the important results with abnormal values of health checkup is an important part of the quality control of health checkup service and the basis of good health management.Standardized management of health checkup service industry is a new management mode,which is a new trend in recent years.Guangxi health examination center has established a set of standard system on the platform of the pilot construction of standardization at the level of Autonomous Region.We recombed and summarized the whole process of dealing with abnormal value in a scientific and standard way,and redefine the concept of important results with abnormal values and comprehensively sort out the processing flow.The enterprise standard“Processing specification of crisis value and important abnormal results”has been formulated and implemented.Satisfaction of examiners is improved.The standardized management of important results with abnormal values enhance the sense of responsibility and improved the work efficiency of medical staff,make sure the diagnosis and treatment of major diseases is timely and effective,finally improve and the quality of service in health checkup.
