摘　　要：目的探讨6S精益化管理用于高校医学实验室管理的效果。方法根据高校医学实验室在实施6S精益化管理前后进行分组,将实施6S精益化管理之前的阶段(2018年1月—2018年12月)的高校医学实验室管理工作内容作为常规管理组,将实施6S精益化管理之后的阶段(2019年1月—2019年12月)的高校医学实验室管理工作内容作为6S精益化管理组,比较两组医学实验室工作人员和医学生的满意度、检验标本周转时间、检验样本不合格率。结果6S精益化管理组的医学实验室工作人员对工作的满意度和医学生对管理的满意度高于常规管理组,P<0.05。6S精益化管理组检验标本周转时间短于常规管理组,P<0.05。6S精益化管理组检验样本的不合格率低于常规管理组,P<0.05。结论6S精益化管理用于高校医学实验室管理的效果确切,可减少检验标本周转时间,减少检验样本不合格率,提高医学实验室工作人员和医学生的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of 6S lean management in the management of medical laboratories in colleges and universities.Methods The medical laboratories in colleges and universities were divided into groups before and after the implementation of 6S lean management,and the management contents of university medical laboratories in the stage before the implementation of 6S lean management(January 2018 to December 2018)were taken as the routine management group,and the management contents of university medical laboratories in the stage after the implementation of 6S lean management(January 2019 to December 2019)were taken as the 6S lean management group.The satisfaction of medical laboratory staff and medical students,the turnover time of test samples and the unqualified rate of test samples were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of medical laboratory staff and medical students in the 6S lean management group were higher than those in the routine management group(P<0.05).The turnover time of test samples in 6S lean management group was shorter than that in routine management group(P<0.05).The unqualified rate of test samples in 6S lean management group was lower than that in routine management group(P<0.05).Conclusion 6S lean management is effective in the management of medical laboratories in colleges and universities.it can reduce the turnover time of test samples,reduce the unqualified rate of test samples,and improve the satisfaction of medical laboratory staff and medical students.
