摘　　要：目的研究表观健康中老年人群血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平与其他血液检查指标的关系。方法选取160例表观健康中老年人群(50~95岁),男85例,女75例。分析血清Lp-PLA2水平与性别、年龄、肝功能指标、肾功能指标、血常规指标、血脂水平以及空腹血糖的关系。结果男性的Lp-PLA2水平为(158.62±45.13)ng/mL,女性为(140.74±43.22)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义。而不同年龄组之间的差异无统计学意义。Lp-PLA2水平与中性粒细胞绝对值呈负相关,与血红蛋白(Hb)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)和空腹血糖(GLU)呈正相关,而与其他指标不相关。结论表观健康中老年人群血清Lp-PLA2水平与多项血液检查指标密切相关,在临床应用时应予以注意。Objective To investigate the relationships between serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)levels and other blood test indicators in apparently healthy middle aged and elderly people.Methods 160 apparently healthy middle aged and elderly people(50~95 years old)were enrolled,including 85 males and 75 females.The relationships between serum Lp-PLA2 levels and gender,age,liver function indexes,kidney function indexes,blood routine indexes,blood lipid levels and fasting blood glucose(GLU)were analyzed.Results Serum Lp-PLA2 levels were(158.62±45.13)ng/mL in males and(140.74±43.22)ng/mL in females with statistical significance.But there was no statistically significant differences among the different age groups.Serum Lp-PLA2 levels were negatively correlated with the absolute neutrophil count and positively correlated with hemoglobin(Hb),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL)and fasting blood glucose(GLU).However,serum Lp-PLA2 levels were not correlated with other indicators.Conclusion Serum Lp-PLA2 levels are closely related to a number of blood test indicators in apparently healthy middle aged and elderly people,which should be paid attention to in clinical application.
